Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All orders (after processing and leaving the warehouse) usually take between 4 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Potential delay can occur if the designated country’s customs office perform an additional check on delivery.
